My Mentoring Experience at the 'Ilmkhona' Hackathon

Recently, I had the opportunity to participate as a mentor at the 3.0 hackathon organized by 'Ilkhon', which took place from July 24 to 26 in Dushanbe as part of the 'Founder's School' project.

For many entrepreneurs, this was their first experience working on a project under tight deadlines. Mentoring at such events helps avoid common pitfalls and steers them in the right direction. I aimed to share my knowledge on how to effectively utilize AI to enhance products, particularly through examples from my own work. You can learn more about my projects on the 'Projects' page.

My role was to inform participants about the capabilities of AI tools that they could integrate into their startups, as well as which AI features could be beneficial for their projects. For instance, in some projects, AI could act as an analyst, in others as a tutor, and for some, it was part of a recommendation system.

During my workshop, we developed a mobile app for an AI mentor that will help budding entrepreneurs refine their ideas into a finished project. So, in a way, we created a sort of substitute for mentors :) However, in reality, it is more of a pocket AI mentor that helps structure ideas and assist with pitching them. Overall, I genuinely enjoy witnessing such processes because seeing the enthusiasm in young people, their bright ideas, and their desire not only to achieve something in life but also to help others by offering solutions to problems warms my heart and gives me hope that we have the potential to build a bright future. This potential lies in the hands of such enthusiasts and young professionals, whose perspectives are still unclouded by experience and skepticism. They still see the goodness in people and the light at the end of the tunnel, and this spirit inspires me as well.
